Chef Duarte was born in Peru with a passion for food. Best known for his Peruvian-Italian restaurant Taranta that graced Boston’s North End for over 20 years, Chef is known for his bold flavors, work in the community, and sustainability efforts. You might catch him for Sunday brunch, while making one of his favorites, Pan con Chicharron (Don’t forget the extra music!)
BRIAN & TAYLOR CORCORAN
MANAGING PARTNERS
With a love for all things hospitality, this husband & wife duo can be found doing just about anything at Tambo, whether it be overseeing operations, shaking cocktails, or baking alfajores. Brian left the corporate business world to follow his passion of food and beverage & Taylor grew up less than 3 minutes from Tambo 22 and loves getting involved in the community where she grew up. Taylor, the former general manager of Taranta, has 15 years of hospitality experience and greets every guest with a warm smile!

Chef Chris Titus has been in restaurants his whole life. A former general manager at Taranta, bartender, server, you name it, he’s done it. At Tambo, Chris heads the kitchen and makes sure every plate comes out with pride. If he’s not in the kitchen, you will probably catch Chris getting involved in the community through volunteer work and local non-profits.
