A Peruvian-Italian Culinary Escape.
Tambo 22 is where the vibrant flavors of Peru meet the comfort and soul of Southern Italian cooking. Chef José Duarte brings his award-winning Peruvian roots together with the rustic charm of Italian cuisine — from handmade pastas infused with Peruvian Chiles to bold seafood and seasonal dishes crafted with local New England products.
Located just minutes from Boston, Tambo 22 offers a warm, neighborhood feel with a globally inspired menu, craft cocktails, and an inviting bar. Whether you’re here for dinner, date night, or a special celebration, Tambo 22 delivers a dining experience that’s both familiar and adventurous — a true taste of Peru and Italy in every bite.
We are honored to have been named one of “Boston’s 50 Best Restaurants” by Boston Magazine!
